Tap Generate and Claude AI creates a personalized weekly meal plan with balanced macros, tailored to your goals and preferences.

Fuelist builds a categorized grocery list from your meal plan — organized by section so you can move through the store efficiently.

Tap Regenerate on any plan or swap out individual meals. The AI adapts instantly — no re-entering your preferences required.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the AI meal planning work?
Fuelist uses Claude AI to generate personalized meal plans based on your goal (fat loss, muscle building, or clean eating), dietary preferences, and the pantry staples you already have. Each plan is unique to you.
Can I adjust or regenerate a meal plan?
Yes. If a generated plan doesn't suit you, tap Regenerate for a new one. You can also tap into any individual meal to swap it out for an AI-suggested alternative.
How do I update my pantry staples?
Go to Settings and tap Pantry Staples. Toggle items on or off at any time — your next generated grocery list will automatically exclude anything you mark as already owned.
Are the grocery lists categorized?
Yes. Every grocery list is automatically grouped by category (Produce, Proteins, Dairy, Grains, etc.) so you can navigate the store section by section without backtracking.
Can I save meal plans for later?
Yes. Tap the bookmark icon on any meal plan to save it to your library. Access all saved plans from the Saved tab at the bottom of the app.
Does Fuelist work for specific diets like keto or vegan?
Yes. During onboarding and in Settings, you can specify dietary patterns and restrictions. Fuelist passes these to the AI to ensure every generated plan respects your requirements.
Is Fuelist free?
Fuelist requires an active subscription to generate AI meal plans. A free trial is available so you can experience the full feature set before committing.
Does Fuelist require an account?
Fuelist requires no social login and collects no personal health data. Your goals, plans, and grocery lists are stored locally on your device.

Fuelist collects only what is strictly necessary to operate the app — your account email, health profile, and generated meal plans. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
Payments are processed entirely through Apple StoreKit — we never see your billing information. Fuelist contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics frameworks, and no tracking tools of any kind.
