Enter Jiggle Mode
Long press on an empty area of your iPhone home screen until the icons start wiggling.
Open the Widget Picker
Tap the + button in the top-left corner of the screen.
Find Aurum
Search for Aurum in the widget search bar.
Add the Widget
Choose your preferred widget size and tap Add Widget.
Lock Screen Widget
Long press the lock screen → tap Customize → select Lock Screen → tap the + button to add an Aurum widget.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I change my themes?
Open Aurum and go to Settings. Tap Your Themes and toggle any category on or off. Your widget and home feed will update instantly.
How do I add my own quotes?
Tap the My Quotes tab at the bottom of the app. Tap the + button to add a new quote, assign it a category, and it will appear in your main feed with a subtle badge.
How do I set a daily reminder?
Go to Settings and tap Daily Reminder. Toggle it on and use the time picker to choose when you'd like to receive your daily quote notification.
How do I save a quote to my favorites?
Tap the heart icon on any quote card to save it to your Favorites library. Access all saved quotes from the Favorites tab at the bottom of the app.
How do I reset my onboarding?
Go to Settings and tap Refresh My Path. This re-runs the onboarding flow so you can update your emotional states and theme selections. All favorites, streaks, and saved content are preserved.
What do I do if my widget stops updating?
First, make sure Aurum has been opened at least once after installation. If the widget still isn't updating, try removing it and re-adding it. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@alyralabs.com.
Is Aurum free?
Yes. Aurum 1.0 is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Does Aurum require an account?
No. Aurum requires no account, no sign-in, and no personal information of any kind.

Aurum is built with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All user content — favorites, custom quotes, streak data, and settings — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
Aurum contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, and no advertising frameworks. We have no access to any information about you or your device.
