Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fuelist mobile application and any related services (together, “Fuelist” or the “Service”), operated by AlyraLabs LLC (“AlyraLabs,” “we,” or “us”), a limited liability company organized in New Jersey, United States.
By creating an account or using Fuelist you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuelist, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Fuelist only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Fuelist is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in with an email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google. Tell us promptly at fuelist@alyralabs.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your synchronized data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nutrition information is not medical advice
This section matters. Please read it.
Fuelist generates meal plans and nutrition estimates using automated systems and public nutrition databases. It provides general information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice, and no doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship is created by using it.
- Calorie and macronutrient targets are estimates produced from formulas using the information you supply. They are not a prescription.
- Fuelist is not a treatment for any medical condition, and is not designed or intended for people with, or recovering from, an eating disorder.
- Consult a physician or registered dietitian before significantly changing how you eat, and especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, elderly, or managing a medical condition such as diabetes, kidney disease, or heart disease.
- Allergies: you are responsible for reading every ingredient and label. Recipes are automatically generated and may contain or fail to flag an allergen. Never rely solely on Fuelist to keep you safe from an allergen.
- Food safety: follow safe food handling, cooking temperature, and storage practices. Cooking times and temperatures in recipes are guidance, not guarantees.
- If you are struggling with disordered eating, please speak to a qualified professional rather than relying on this or any other calorie-tracking app.
Automatically generated content
Meal plans, recipes, cooking instructions, ingredient quantities, nutrition figures, and price estimates are produced by automated systems, including third-party AI models, and drawn from public data sources.
This content may contain errors. It may be inaccurate, impractical, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgment. Nutrition values are computed estimates rather than laboratory measurements, and prices are estimates of typical US retail cost that will not match what you actually pay.
Subscriptions and payment
Fuelist offers a free trial followed by paid subscription plans.
- Billing: billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Free trial: unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, your trial converts automatically to a paid subscription.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
- Price changes will be communicated in advance and take effect at your next renewal.
- Lifetime purchases grant access for as long as we operate the Service.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use Fuelist unlawfully;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent its security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer or decompile the app;
- use automated means to access the Service;
- resell or redistribute the Service or its content;
- submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing; or
- attempt to manipulate the app's AI features into producing content outside their intended purpose of food and meal planning.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you supply, such as your profile, preferences, and any text you enter. You grant AlyraLabs a limited licence to use, store, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our content
Fuelist, its name, design, software, and original content are owned by AlyraLabs LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Meal plans generated for you are yours to use personally. You may not scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute content from the Service commercially.
Third-party services
Fuelist relies on third-party providers, including Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and PostHog. Your use of the Service may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is outside our control.
Availability
We aim to keep Fuelist available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may impose usage limits on AI-powered features to keep the Service sustainable.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that nutrition or price information will be accurate, or that it will meet your requirements or produce any particular health outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlyraLabs LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AlyraLabs LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Fuelist and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Sections 4, 5, 9, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
