Why We Built It
Not a client project.
A statement.
Clients sometimes ask, before they hire: what can you actually make? Guessery is the answer. We gave ourselves complete creative control, no brief, no budget guardrails, no approval chain, and built the most complete product we could from scratch.
Three original game mechanics. A cross-game streak system. A badge collection. A fresh puzzle every midnight. Zero accounts required. Everything designed and engineered in-house.
Guessery is Alyra Labs building something we'd actually use — and proving that the gap between “we have an idea” and “it ships every day” is exactly what we do.
The Concept
One hub.
Three ways
to think.
Most daily puzzle games lock you into a single format. You show up, play the same type of challenge, and leave. Guessery is built around variety: three completely different game modes that each exercise a different part of how you think.
One for ordering. One for memory and matching. One for zeroing in on a number. All in one place, all refreshing at midnight.
Put five items in the right order.
Every day, a new prompt. Five items. One correct sequence. You arrange them, submit, and find out exactly where your instincts held — and where they completely failed you. Every answer comes with the real numbers.
- ·Prompts span geography, science, history, and pop culture
- ·One submission per day — make it count
- ·You get the real data after you submit, win or lose
Challenge #15 · Space
Rank these planets by number of moons
Drag to reorder, or use the arrows — then submit.
↑ Most moons
↓ Fewest moons
Challenge #15 · Geography
Match each country to its capital
Tap two cards that belong together.
Misses
Match six pairs before you strike out.
Twelve tiles. Six hidden pairs. Four misses before the board closes. You tap two cards that belong together — a correct match locks in green. Some pairs are obvious. Others are built to trap you.
- ·Each day brings a new theme with six curated pairs
- ·A wrong pair costs a miss — four misses ends the round
- ·Every board teaches you something — answers reveal at the end
Zero in on the number in five guesses.
One number question a day. You have five guesses to zero in on the answer within a stated range. Each guess tells you higher or lower — yellow means you're warm, gray means cold. Land inside the bullseye band to win.
- ·Questions span sports, science, history, and everyday life
- ·Fewer guesses means a better score
- ·The exact answer is revealed at the end, with the story behind it
Challenge #15 · Sports
How much water does an Olympic pool hold?
Five guesses. Land within 200,000 liters to win.

Retention
Built to earn five minutes of your day, every day.
A cross-game streak tracks daily consistency across all three modes. Play at least one game per day and your streak grows. Skip a day, it resets — exactly like the best daily habits work.
Twelve badges reward milestones: first completions, perfect games, long streaks, and playing every mode. The collection is a quiet progress bar that makes you want to come back.
